Two brothers.
Ten pins.
Still learning.

We're Sam & Danny Vang. Some nights it's a turkey, some nights it's the gutter — either way we're back next week.

Meet the bros

Two brothers,
one house ball
habit.

We grew up rolling for fun and never really stopped. Neither of us is a pro — we're the guys who look up what a "Brooklyn" is on the drive home. That's the whole point.

Bro 01

Sam Vang

The older one

Started the whole thing. Runs the tournament brackets, chases the pocket, and will absolutely tell you the lane was oiled wrong.

Bro 02

Danny Vang

The younger one

Handles the camera, the posts and the payouts. Still working on a repeatable release, still convinced the next frame is the one.

Our story

It started as
a Tuesday night.

Two brothers, a couple of house balls and a standing excuse to get out of the house. Then people started asking when the next one was — so we made a next one.

Before 2024

Just for fun

Open play, rental shoes, terrible form and a lot of laughing. No plan, no averages, no pressure — just two brothers on a lane.

December 2024

The first tournament

Our first-ever VangBros Tournament, and it actually worked. Jacob Asleson took home $680, everyone who cashed got paid, and we caught the bug for good.

Now

Still learning

More leagues, more tournaments, more Central Valley bowlers. We're not the best in the house — we just really like being in it.

Play with us

Come roll
a game.

Everything we run happens around Visalia and the wider Central Valley. Beginners genuinely welcome — we're beginners with a spreadsheet.

Leagues

Regular league nights with a friendly, low-pressure crowd. No average required, no attitude tolerated. Message us and we'll point you at the next one.

Tournaments

We've been running VangBros tournaments since December 2024. Real brackets, real payouts, everybody who cashes gets paid on the night.
